- Contact your local Southern Gospel radio station to announce as a Local Church Calendar Event.
- Provide information to your local newspaper to be placed in the "Church Events".
- If your church has a website, create a link to our site.
- Inform churches within your association and invite them to attend.
- Give reminders during church announcements as the date approaches.
- Place information in the church bulletin.
- Invite people to the Music Worship Service.
